1. Legal Information

For the purposes set forth in Art. 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Mail (LSSI), it is hereby stated that the service provider is EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR S.L. (hereinafter, “EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR”), a limited liability company incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office at Calle Cañada del Barco Viejo, number 28 (28140 Fuente el Saz – Madrid), with tax ID number CIF B88212659, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 32,517, Page 153, Sheet M-585279, Date of incorporation 09/10/2018. 2. Contracting

The company provides services for the organization of conferences, mini-congresses, retreats, trips, training sessions, seminars, concerts (hereinafter jointly referred to as “EVENTS”) and offers membership to a Club of like-minded people forming a community of participants, students, and company staff.

All transactions between EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR and the user (hereinafter the “User”) shall take place in Spain, under the domain http://beyondinner.com, which is associated with the servers dedicated to Event Services.

The acquisition and use of Event Services by any person under the age of 18 or who has not reached the legal age of majority under Spanish law is strictly prohibited.

For the purposes set forth in Art. 27.a) of the LSSI, contracting via http://beyondinner.com shall be carried out through the following steps:

  • Step 1: User registration (payer’s data, participant’s data, selection of registration plan), optional subscription to newsletters and/or offers.
  • Step 2: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
  • Step 3: Selection of payment method
  • Step 4: Verification of registration details
  • Step 5: Completion of registration and display of confirmation page
  • Step 6: Sending of confirmation email with registration details

EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR will generate an electronic document containing the registration details for its records and will provide the client with access and full knowledge of it by sending an email with its content once the registration process has been completed.

After completing the registration, the client is kindly requested to review the content to identify any material errors in the data provided; to correct such errors, please send an email to administracion@innermastery.es providing the registration identification details.

Our contracting procedure is available in the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German, and Italian.

Depending on the specific conditions of the applicable rates for the registration, payment may be made in full or partially in advance at the time the registration is completed.

It is essential to send an email or confirmation message of the payment made for the registration, indicating name and surname, date, and amount paid to administracion@innermastery.es.

Payments may be made by bank deposit, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or PayPal.

Once the payment has been made, the user must notify us by email at administracion@innermastery.es and complete the registration form.

EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR will inform the user of the Club regulations and other relevant aspects once the registration is confirmed. The user must complete a form providing the essential personal data required for EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR to correctly provide the service. Failure to provide any of this information will entitle EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR to terminate the contract with the user.

(Please note that, in accordance with Art. 93.2.b) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCyU), the legal regulation regarding the right of withdrawal shall not apply to registrations made through this website, and the following specific conditions on cancellation shall apply:

  1. Amounts paid for Club membership fees will only be refunded if the company decides so.
  2. If the participant cancels the registration, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  3. If a BeIn Club member confirms their participation in an event and later wishes to cancel it, they must refer to the company’s cancellation policy on the website http://www.innermastery.es / http://www.innermastery.eu and other company websites: once participation or attendance at an activity or event has been confirmed through payment in Innercoins, please note that such amount will be credited at the time of confirmation. If they later decide not to attend or participate in the event, the amount will not be refunded to their Innercoins account.
